Join Our Monthly Berth Groups

Connect with other expectant parents due around the same time as you.

Our Berth Groups provide a unique opportunity to build a supportive community and gain valuable insights from a range of specialists in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Upon enrolling, you'll be placed in a "Berth Group" based on your due date. Berth will coordinate seven antenatal catchups to ensure continuous support throughout your pregnancy, with the idea that patients will become familiar with this group and continue their connections post-baby. One of our dedicated Berth Midwives will be present as a familiar face and will include everyone in a group chat to facilitate communication.

Throughout these antenatal catchups, you'll hear from various specialists who will provide you with invaluable information and practical advice for a smooth and confident pregnancy and postpartum journey. This is the kind of knowledge that parents often wish they had before their baby arrives. By attending these sessions, you'll be better prepared for the challenges and joys of parenthood, feeling fully supported and informed every step of the way.

Following some of the sessions, you will have the opportunity to stay, mingle, and get to know one another. Enjoy coffee, tea, and light refreshments while you connect with other parents and build your support network.

We recommend you commence the course between 17 – 21 weeks’ gestation and we will arrange your group based off your due date.

Duration: 19 – 20 weeks, including 7 scheduled catchups
Cost: $450 incl GST, covering all specialist speakers and first aid course ($100 off for Berth Patients)
