The content of our childbirth education classes is evidence-based, modern and interactive.

These sessions are geared towards parents expecting their first baby, however anyone wanting to gain further knowledge and tools will benefit greatly.

Birth partners are encouraged to be present for these classes. In saying that, if you would prefer to go solo, then that’s fine too.

We recommend you participate in the course anywhere between 28-36 weeks’ gestation.
